In it, I discuss how the wildlife has recently descended upon me, just as my boss let her competitive feelings about me get the best of her–making us all lose.

I also kind of go off on a particular type of woman business owner…which honestly I feel bad about, knowing how people may twist my words to imply women should not own businesses.

Not. At. All.

But it does bring me to an even more controversial topic that I’ve been eager to discuss: How sexual harassment against women manifests in women bosses: Hint: It’s when your personal obsession with my various physical and personal aspects prevents work from being done and hinders personal advancement.

I know. It flies in the face of conventional wisdom which says pretty women get every break. But this is three jobs in a row where my boss, a woman at an independent business, decided her first priority was to prove I ain’t shit. Not a good move in a business that depends on people doing a GOOD job.
